Hugo’s greatest passion is the sea. From his youngest age, at 10 years old he began navigating in competitions on-board sailing dinghies and then mono-hull sailing boats, before deciding at 18 years old to specialize himself in studies of the yachting industry. He graduated in 2009 with a bachelor degree in the nautical industry and then began working in a well-known charter company in Cannes. He joined the company Arthaud Yachting in 2011 as Marketing Director, before becoming CEO in 2016. Due to his solid experience of the industry and excellent network base in the yachting sector, Hugo is a precious asset as a representative to charter your yacht for the season.

KRISTINE RIBAUD

Charter Broker and Marketing Coordinator

Passionate about the sea, Kristine has spent every summer since her childhood boating with her father. A passion that led her to move from Paris to the South of France to pursue her dream of working in the yachting industry after graduating with a master’s degree in international business and luxury management.
Trilingual, she thrives in multicultural environments as she was raised in a bicultural family (American mother and French father).
Her 5 years’ experience in the luxury industry and 4 years as a charter broker forged her sense of organization and relationship skills.
Artistically driven, she spends her free time painting seascapes and ocean themed artworks. Kristine will accompany you at best in all your yachting dreams to make magic happen!

LOÏC MILCENT

Day Charter Specialist

Originally from Cannes, Loïc grew up with his feet in the water, developing a passion for the sea and boats from an early age. An adventurer at heart, he explored the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean aboard a sailing boat, discovering the wild coasts of Corsica and the enchanting landscapes of the island of Elba in Italy. His love of boating naturally turned into a desire to work in the world of yachting. Thanks to his in-depth knowledge of the region and his eye for detail, Loïc will be able to advise and support you in creating unique, tailor-made experiences at sea.

Gabriele PRESUTTO

Day charter specialist

Gabriele grew up on the French Riviera, spending his time windsurfing, sailing catamarans, and enjoying boat trips with his family. His love for the sea started early and naturally led him to the yachting industry. He speaks French, English, and Italian fluently, and holds both French and Italian nationalities. At Arthaud Yachting, Gabriele works alongside Loïc as a project manager, handling day charters, speed boat transfers, and maxi catamaran rentals. Friendly, reliable, and client-focused, he makes sure each booking runs smoothly and that every experience is memorable.

POLINA KUPRINA

Charter Assistant

Polina grew up in a family deeply connected to the maritime world, with a father who is a naval engineer, she has always had a deep love for the sea, travel, and diverse cultures. Trilingual in Russian, French, and English, she combines an international outlook with an innate sense of service and creativity. After settling on the French Riviera during her teenage years, Polina fell in love with Cannes — a city she naturally returned to after completing her studies at the Sorbonne in Paris. Her two years of experience as a wedding planner refined her attention to detail, organization, and aesthetic sense. Today, she brings that same passion and expertise to the world of yachting, creating bespoke, refined, and unforgettable experiences on the water for clients.

CAROLINE PLASSIT

Accountant

Caroline was born near HÖI AN, a coastal city in Vietnam. She began her professional career at Vietnam Airlines in the field of the international tourism. Her multiple travels have allowed her to discover France where she decided to settle permanently. She first worked and gained knowledge in management and corporate accounting in a Parisian firm. Wishing to return to the field of international tourism, she decided to move to the French Riviera and joins Arthaud Yachting team. Rigorous, organized, open minded and friendly, Caroline ensures the financial management of the company.

THOMAS AUTHIER

Thomas is the Internet Swiss knife, the geek of our team. Enthusiastic and hardworking, Thomas graduated from Oxford Brookes University where he used to love punting on sunny days. He thoroughly enjoys working in constantly changing environments like the yachting industry, and help companies get more business by deploying advanced SEO techniques. He’s company : YES!Design

Thomas is also passionate about sailing and has sailed the Greek Islands and crossed the Atlantic in 2017 on a Centurion 45S – sailboat from the Wauquiez shipyard. One the best & worst experience of his life! Just ask him.
