Disembark in the historic town of Russell home to waterfront galleries and restaurants. Later in the afternoon swim in beautiful clear lagoons with whales, dolphins and penguins. Great Barrier Island

The Great Barrier Island is well known for its numerous hiking trails. Discover the natural waterfalls and beautiful views from the top of the hills. This island also has some unspoiled beaches. The shore is crystal-clear and therefore ideal for diving. You can enjoy a one hour-long walk to Kaitoke hot pools in the centre of the island, which is mainly uninhabited and is perfect for a tranquil retreat.
Mercury Islands

Mercury Islands is a beautiful archipelago discovered by Captain James Cook in 1769, it is home to nature reserves and different animal species. The Great Mercury island is the largest and is the only habited one.

You can also walk along the Coromandel Coastal Walkway, an untouched and worth exploring part of the country. Take the tender or kayaks and discover the Cathedral Cove. Head towards the beach and disembark to enjoy some surfing, art galleries and restaurants resent in the area.
Waiheke Island

Your journey will continue to the Waiheke Island, a change of scenery awaits you with its olive groves and vineyards. Cruise toward the Hauraki Gulf and wander around once you have disembarked. Relax on the beach or go for a tasting of the local Sauvignon Blanc and Gewurztraminer. Also a perfect stop for some water toys activities such as paddle boarding or jet skiing.

Since 2000, The Gulf of Hauraki has been designated as a Marine Park.
The island shelters some rare and protected plants and birds.

There is always something happening here, major sport events, concerts, outdoor adventures and festivals. Have lunch/dinner at the famous Orbit restaurant situated on the city’s sky tower summit and enjoy the view. Transfer to Auckland’s International airport for your onward travels.
